Description

Pale gold, bright and clear with lemon yellow hint. Animated by the fine and lively bubbles
which forms arrays of persistent beads. limited production forms a single domain
typical upper slope marly-limestone soil, aromas of iodized
limestone mixed with notes of lemon, peach, pear, fresh meringue, and cherry. After contact with air, more notes of raspberry, pink grapefruit, fig, apricot, pineapple, with hints of aromatic herbs with anise hue.
A blend of 80% of Pinot Noir, 19% of Chardonnay and 1% of Pinot Meunier
Body: Bold
Sweet dry scale: Acidic
